The Office of Surgical Associates of Waterbury is located at 1211 W. Main Street, Waterbury, Connecticut, 06708. We are located near Exit 18 from I-84.

From I-84 Eastbound:
Take exit 18 for Chase Parkway. Make a sharp right onto Chase Parkway. Follow Chase Parkway as it turns right, going back over the highway. Turn right onto W. Main Street after crossing the highway. Our office 0.4 miles ahead on the right. Use parking lot B.

From I-84 Westbound:
Take exit 18 for Highland Avenue toward W. Main Street. Stay left as the road forks, and at the stop light turn right onto W. Main St. Our office is 0.2 miles ahead on the right. Use parking lot B.

From Route 8 Southbound:
Take exit 33 to merge onto I-84 West toward Danbury. From I-84 take exit 18 for Highland Avenue toward W. Main Street. Stay left as the road forks, and at the stop light turn right onto W. Main St. Our office is 0.2 miles ahead on the right. Use parking lot B.
